Workshop Activities
Here is a sampling of some of the activities we've done at past workshops:
- Archetype parties
- Here we draw an archetype or character from a set of cards and dance and make sound as if we were those archetypes or characters
-
- Circle Introductions
- Here's a chance for everyone to get to know one another. Along with our names we answer questions like:
- Why are you here?
- What character do you live in?
- In one word, what is your quality of voice at this moment?
- In one word, what is your quality of movement at this moment?
- What is your greatest fear around movement and voice?
- What are you hoping to find:
- at this workshop?
- in your voice?
- in your movement?
-
The soundbody workshop is thrilling, inspiring, funny and scary - like a good movie, only you get to participate. It takes you out of your vocal and physical ruts and preconceptions, challenges your senses and opens your soul to possibilities of expression you may not have experienced since you were a little child.
